There was so nothing negative to be said about the last few 'Blakes', but with DOLLHOUSE the master exceeds himself. This masterpiece is even a tad funkier than the others. He's more daring with the soundtrack too, over long stretches it's quite a bit more obsessive. By the way, cover-chick Jacqueline, being celebrated a lot in this flick, can be enjoyed as 'Betty Sue' in the movie LES PERVERSIONS, among others. Verdict: Manna!

It's been a while since I've given myself a Blake and now, for some weird reason I watched DOLLHOUSE. The abstinence was worth it this time: DOLLHOUSE is fantastic! Blake again builds a bridge between fetish, cool passion and weird, erotic games . Every actress is a feast for the eyes, the sex is nicely varied. Add to that the artful execution and the excellent soundtrack and you have a true masterpiece. Three cheers for Andrew Blake.

Oooh, that was niice! After the rather dull 'Hard Edge' Andrew Blake has made it up to me again with this. Images and music get you almost drunk with eroticism. Cult-chick Dahlia Grey's performance is as breathtaking as in the days of 'Wet' or 'Pin-ups' and finished me right off. Two points to criticise reamin though: The only true fuck with Rachel Rotten is totally spoilt by the grainy picture-effect and I did expect more from the 'behind the scenes' stuff. (James Bondage)
