Don't expect more of the same from a director like Casanova. This is definitely, er, something different. Ultimately, though, the movie failed to turn me on. And it wasn't just the bodies covered in (rather runny) stage blood that put me off - it was the entire story that just didn't connect with me (something I often feel with Italian productions). Plus, there's too much reverb on the sound during some of the scenes.
